Clear pricing. Local support.

Keep more of every card sale.

Savana Payments sets up card acceptance for the counter, the phone, and your website. We walk through the rate before you switch, place a terminal for qualifying accounts, and stay available when you want a person on the line.

Bring a recent statement. We will show where the fees go, and whether a cash-discount program would leave you with more.

Clover Station Duo 2

Two screens on the counter. You run the sale on one side while the customer checks the total on the other.

Clover Station Duo Wifi

The same two-screen station on Wi-Fi, for counters that are not next to a network jack.

Clover Mini 3rd Gen

A compact terminal for a tight counter. Payments and the ticket stay in reach without a full station.

Clover Station Solo

One screen for a single operator. Payments and the rest of the shift live in the same place.

Terminals placed for qualifying accounts

What we set up

In the store, online, and on the move

Three ways to get paid

In-store payments

Counter checkout on a terminal or Clover station. Staff take cards and contactless, and the cash-discount program if you choose it, without a second system to learn.

Online payments

Accept cards on your site in the same account as the register, so online sales and in-person sales land in one place.

Mobile payments

A reader or handheld for markets, job sites, and tableside. Same processing account, wherever the sale happens.

What stays simple after you switch

How a switch actually works

Three steps. If the numbers are not better for your business, we say so and you stay where you are.

01 Share a statement

Send a recent processing statement, or just tell us what you are paying now. A rough monthly card volume is enough to start.

02 See the breakdown

We separate the card costs, the processor markup, and the extra monthly charges, then compare that with a cash-discount setup.

03 Move only if it helps

When you want to switch, we program the equipment and coordinate the change so the counter is not stuck waiting on processing.

Two ways to handle card fees

Pick the model that fits how your customers pay. We explain both before anything is installed.

Straightforward processing

A rate you can read. Interchange, markup, and account fees are explained up front, not buried as a single advertised percent.

Cash discount

Card and cash prices are shown clearly. A properly set up program can offset processing fees. We handle the disclosures and the terminal setup, and we confirm it fits your business first.

No cancellation fee

There is no long-term contract holding the account in place. You stay because the pricing and the support still make sense.

Built for the way you sell

The same account can cover a counter, a dining room, a front desk, or a job site.

Retail

A station or compact terminal that keeps the line moving, with a customer-facing total when you want one.

Restaurants and Food Trucks

Handheld or counter checkout for a busy shift and including tips

Services and clinics

A calmer front desk. Patients and clients pay by card, contactless, or a stored card on file when your workflow needs it.

Questions we hear first

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract, and no fee for leaving. We would rather earn the account on price and support.

How does cash discount work?

Customers see a card price and a cash price. The program is set up with the disclosures your register needs. It is not a surprise surcharge added at the pin pad. We only recommend it when it fits how you sell.

Do I have to buy a terminal?

Qualifying accounts can have a terminal placed at no equipment cost. If you already have a compatible device, we will tell you whether it can be reprogrammed before we ship anything new.

How fast do deposits arrive?

Next-day funding is available for most merchants. We confirm your funding schedule before you switch, so the first deposit is not a surprise.

Will the counter go down during a switch?

We set up and test the new equipment before the old processing is turned off. Timing depends on approval and shipping, and we tell you the window before you commit.

Who do I call after I am live?

Call +1 646 543-2484 or email info@savanatech.us. You should not have to re-explain the account every time something looks off on a deposit or a statement.
